Dosage:
Adults and children age 5 and over: Take 2 teaspoons (10ml) daily with food. Taking this product for the first time: Double dosage to 4 teaspoons (20ml) daily with food for the first 12 weeks, take half the dose in the morning and the other half in the afternoon.
