Dosage:
Qsilica Naturally CLEAR Tablets: Take 2 tablets per day with a large glass of water. Qsilica Naturally CLEAR Spot Gel: Use morning and evening after cleansing with Qsilica Naturally CLEAR Skin Cleanser. Apply to areas prone to pimples, blackheads and blemishes. Allow to dry. Qsilica Naturally CLEAR Skin Cleanser: Use morning and evening. Moisten face with warm water then apply a generous amount of cleanser onto skin. Work into a light lather, paying particular attention to the forehead, nose and chin. Remove thoroughly with warm water. Gently pat skin dry and follow with Qsilica Naturally CLEAR Spot Gel where needed.

Cautions

Qsilica Naturally CLEAR Tablets: 

If you are pregnant or considering becoming pregnant, do not use supplements containing Vitamin A without consulting your doctor or pharmacist.

WARNING - When taken in excess of 3000 micrograms retinol equivalents, Vitamin A can cause birth defects.

The recommended daily amount of Vitamin A from all sources is 700 micrograms retinol equivalents for women and 900 micrograms retinol equivalents for men. Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet.

Contains 10mg caffeine per tablet.
