Adding a tablespoon of chia to your daily diet delivers 3g of omega-3 ALA and 6g of dietary fibre. Chia also a fantastic source of vegetarian protein, containing all nine essential amino acids.

Chia Seeds can be used many ways, wither soaked or added to breads, breakfast cereals or smoothies, and the normal usage is about a tablespoon a day.
