Dosage:
Acute: 2 tablets per dose every 15 minutes for up to 6 doses then 3 times per day as required. Suck the tablets for 1 or 2 minutes then either dispose of tablets or chew and swallow. Chronic: 2 tablets per dose 3 times per day as required.

Arnica Lotion diluted with 9 parts of water is ideal for use as a wet compress which can be left on overnight under a loose elastic bandage. Follow with "Rest Ice Compression Elevation" for any soft tissue injury. Avoid activity or sport until healing occurs. Exercise that does not stress the injured part, or cause pain, is encouraged.
