Ingredients

100% certified organic tea containing, 

Licorice root (Glycyrrhiza glabra cortex): Has a restorative effect on the adrenal glands which helps improve resistance to stress and makes it most useful in times of physical, mental or emotional challenge. It has a sweet taste and helps mitigate sugar cravings.

Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis folia): An effective herb to increase mental alertness and memory as it promotes circulation to the brain. It has high antioxidant activity.

Sencha Green Tea (Camelia sinensis folia):  Studies relate the regular consumption of Green Tea to better cognitive function (process of thinking) and a reduction in cardiovascular and cancer risk.  The unfermented green leaves of the Camellia bush are rich in polyphenols and antioxidants which neutralise damaging free radicals. The naturally occuring thebromine has a vitalising and stimulating action.

Spearmint (Mentha crispa herba): Has a refreshing taste and supports the proper digestion of food, preventing the feeling of being too full after meals which can cause tiredness.

St. John’s Wort (Hypericum perforatum herba): Lifts energy levels, particularly for those who are stressed. It is often prescribed to help with exhaustion.

No gluten, sugar, artificial flavours, colours or preservatives. Contains naturally occurring theobromine and mildly stimulating caffeine. GE free.
