Helps With Soreness And Cramp

I bought this along with the Blackmores Exercise Multi as i was really sore after training for a half marathon and at night i'd get cramps. This stuff really seems to work on both. Tastes only ok, but importantly it works. Recommended.

Dosage:
Adults- add 5 g (1½ metric teaspoon) to cold beverages. Stir and serve. Take once daily with a meal or as professionally prescribed. Children under 12 years- only as professionally prescribed
