I have finally found a product that helps my allergies ,as i constantly suffered through spring time and always led to sinus infections ,that required antibiotics ,since using this product it has cleared up my congestion and watery eyes !

Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) 500mg
Fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum) extract
 - equiv. to dry seed 50mg
Marshmallow (Althaea officinalis) extract
 - equiv. to dry root 50mg
