Dosage:
CHILDREN 3-7 YEARS: Chew 1-2 tablets daily with food, or as directed by your healthcare professional. CHILDREN 8 YEARS AND ABOVE: Chew 1-3 tablets daily with food, or as directed by your healthcare professional. Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet.

Ingredients

Each chewable tablet contains,
Ester-C® (Calcium ascorbate –threonate complex) 100mg
equiv. Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 83mg
Retinyl palmitate 5.5µg (Vitamin A 10 IU)
Cholecalciferol 1.25µg (Vitamin D3 50 IU)
d-alpha-Tocopheryl acid succinate 8.6mg (Vitamin E 10 IU)
Selenium (as Selenomethionine) 2.5µg
Zinc (as Gluconate) 2mg. Tabletting aids
flavours (orange), dextrose, fructose and sucralose.
