Dosage:
On training days take 3 capsules 30 minutes before your workout. On non-training days take 3 capsules in the morning. Athletes over 90.72 kg (200 pounds) can take up to 4 capsules daily. Drink at least 2-4 litres of water daily when using Creatine Freak.
